How to sort items in a category?

This is for on the Dashboard and what appears in Square for Retail on a Square Stand. I just noticed you can rearrange items in a Category with up down arrows..... Why is there not a quick button to arrange all by high to low or a-z.... or vice versa? For one category I have it just took me 3 hrs to sort this to alphabetical order. I have 156 items in that category and 17 more to rearrange that are in the same order as the one I just sorted also with the same 156 items in various sizes.
