Transaction Reports with Multiple Payment Types But Not All

Can I create a transactions report that filters on all payments except cash? In other words, I want to select multiple payment types, but not all of them. How do I do that?

You can choose Payments then but a blue mark in all the payments 1 by 1 except Cash to keep the cash sales from displaying.

I thought before I could choose multiple Payment types and not just select 1 payment type in the reports, unless I was exporting it and filtering it with Excel.

Goto your Square Dashboard-Reports-Payment Methods.

The below link should take you there. I also Download my Square Transactions in excel or to Google Sheets and the insert-Pivot Table.

I insert the pivot table to a new sheet in the current workbook and then you can add or subtract your filters quickly.

The other comments I made were with the Transaction reports since you said that in your comments.

Under Reports in your Dashboard you can also look at Payment Methods.

Dashboard > Reports > Reports > Payment Methods Here you can filter by :

Device

Device Nickname

Payment Method

Source

Team Member

And if you scroll to the bottom you can actually see Which cards are being used most M/C, Visa, Discover etc
