How do i accept payments from Wex credit card

For some reason when extended warranty company send me credit card payment info Via Wex credit car I cannot get transaction to go through. I've never had this issue with payments from other warranty or insurance companies

Call Square Support. the number for Square support is in my signature line below.

That is a Special Fleet type Card as seen here: https://www.wexinc.com/login/wex-fleet-card-log-in/ , you could always call the warranty or insurance company and tell them you only accept Major credit cards (visa M/C, Discover, Amex, Google and Apple Pay).
