    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/452775"&gt;@adigitaldj1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some of the Credit Card banks provide this to Square and others do not.&amp;nbsp; I have some Credit Card users as Citibank Card Holder for example and some others will show as John Doe for example.&amp;nbsp; This is what information is given to Square when a Card is ran.&amp;nbsp; The only way for you to Guarantee getting a name is by Creating a Customer then completing the Transaction.&amp;nbsp; Other wise you would need to call the customer that you need to refund and get the last 4 digits from the card they used to match it to the transaction.&amp;nbsp; Or you could look at the time of the transaction if you know when you made the service call for that customer and they paid during the service call, since you only need to decide between 3 cards (service Calls).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a way from me to set an option for transaction show infromation of the card user we charged for service. I need to do a tax refund and have no idead for the day charged which of the 3 cards that were charged for service that day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kevin&lt;/P&gt;</description>
