Cannot connect my Weebly website to my domain

I purchased a Weebly plan and am trying to connect the website I created to my domain which is registered elsewhere. I keep getting an error message that the domain is already connected to a Square site. It is not. Our domain registrar has pointed us to Weebly which has been verified multiple times. Tech support has been a nightmare as it has been over a week with no resolution. Online chat randomly ends and I have to start over. Phone support turns into email support with long lag times. Now email support isn't answering at all.

Taking a look today, it seems that your domain is now transferred and your new URL is: beachecologycoalition.weebly.com. Are you still seeing any issues at this time? If so, please let me know and I can have the Square Online Team take a look for us.
