How do I reset my ticket numbers

I need my ticket numbers to start over at 1 so I can keep track of how many people I serve at an event. Anybody know how to do this?

Hi @SouthernDogs. At this time, you can not reset the ticket number. It starts the day wherever it left off the day before, and goes up to 100 at which time it resets back to 1 automatically.

Because it only goes from 1-100, this is not a good method for counting people you serve at an event. Your best bet is to go to the POS -> More -> Reports and look at the sales report. That will show you the number of sales (tickets) as well as the number of items sold. But there is not a true “customer” count, unless the number of items is roughly the same number of people you sold to.
