We are currently having a problem with our gift cards. They won't be accepted we could search on the point of sale and find the credit card and see there's funds on a gift card. However if you look on the app for the gift card it won't populate.

And when we are trying to check out with a gift card it won't go through. This is the first time we're having problems with this the gift cards have been no problem until now

I'm sorry to hear this @CigarsOnState . I have NOT heard of this issue, and my gift cards are working as expected (as of this morning), so I'm uncertain what your issue could be.

I hate to ask this, but did you try restarting the device you were using to run the gift card? I'm wondering if a power cycle will fix it, as I can't think what else this would be.

Your next step would be to contact Tech Support if the issue persists. Sorry I can't be of further help.
