invoice logo not saving

Hi guys!

Can anyone tell me why my logo isn't saving after I've uploaded it?

I'm following the pixel recommendations and all my business details are saving but my logos are not, even though when I hit publish it clearly tells me that everything has been saved and is now 'published'.

I have tried this 10 times over 3 days.

It's the only part that is not saving and yes I'm using jpg files.

It all uploads on the front end just fine, including saving my branding colour, but it doesn't translate over to the actual invoices.

Any recommendations please?

Hi @MariesMushrooms

Have you tried clearing cache and or uploading your logo in an incognito browser? It could be a simple cache issue that is not letting it fully save.

Just to confirm from your Dashboard, when you go into Settings > Payments>Receipts and you click on the pencil editor under branding, you don't have any logos showing up there correct?
