      <title>My customers are not receiving Shipment notifications or tracking numbers</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My customers are constantly contacting us via email or calling asking when their packages are going to be shipped. They are jot receiving the email with tracking information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when purchasing in store, we create the customer profile, input address, phone number, and email before we complete the transaction.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All labels are purchased through the “create label” in the shipments section via Shippo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please let me know if there is a fix for this, thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
