Hey everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me understand what’s going on with a payment I received through Square. A customer paid an invoice, and the invoice itself shows as “Paid,” but I’m not seeing the funds anywhere. It’s not showing as pending, available balance, or deposited into my bank account.

Did your payment ever show up? Was this your first sale with Square? Let us know if it showed in your balance.
