My solution oriented mind goes into these 2 solutions, see if something is worthwhile and time/cost effective:<BR />- if you have time and it's not too much, take a photo before submitting the info you entered<BR />- if you don't have time and it works to add one more text or checkbox field, see if you can send the same information as a copy to an admin email or another database for backup or anything that can help you have a proof of the information introduced. Taking photos and checking them is time consuming.
