Hi, I'm new to Square, I'm not a developer or software engineer, only a tech savvy individual and have only used it as a sales rep but not a business owner until now. My solution oriented mind goes into these 2 solutions, see if something is worthwhile and time/cost effective:
- if you have time and it's not too much, take a photo before submitting the info you entered
- if you don't have time and it works to add one more text or checkbox field, see if you can send the same information as a copy to an admin email or another database for backup or anything that can help you have a proof of the information introduced. Taking photos and checking them is time consuming. The best way would be if you can automatically also enter in another way as a database.

Good luck!

Inconsistent reporting of customer names

After taking many transactions using my POS terminal, having made sure I entered every customer's name in every transaction, when looking at those transactions in Square on my Windows PC, the transaction listing randomly misses out some customer names - one record has the name, the next doesn't. Has anyone else had this issue and knows how to fix it? Thanks
