      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/765453"&gt;@Kristya&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From what I found in Square's help file is the answer is possibly.&amp;nbsp; You can definitely do it by "customer group", but I don't think you can create a generic card to link to that group.&amp;nbsp; I believe you have to link to the customer, but follow through for my full thoughts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is how you create a discount for a specific customer group:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/article/6217-get-started-with-your-customer-directory" target="_blank"&gt;Square Customer Directory&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;allows you to create customer groups to view how customers interact with your business. Creating customer groups allows you to store contact information on file, such as phone numbers or email addresses, or track visit frequencies to your business. You can create a discount that will automatically apply when a buyer from the group is added to a sale.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sign in to your Square Dashboard and go to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Items &amp;amp; services&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;(or&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Items &amp;amp; menus&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;or&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Items &amp;amp; inventory&lt;/STRONG&gt;) &amp;gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Items&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/items/pricing/discounts" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Discounts&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Create a Discount&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;or select a discount to modify.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Enter the discount details — including the discount name, amount type (&lt;STRONG&gt;Amount&lt;/STRONG&gt;,&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Percentage&lt;/STRONG&gt;,&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Variable amount&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;or&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Variable percentage&lt;/STRONG&gt;), and applicable locations.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Toggle on/off&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Discount rules&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;within the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Automatic discount&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;section.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Customer group&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Done&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select a customer group from the list, or search for a customer group in the search bar you want to apply the discount to &amp;gt; click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Done&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Save&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, if you were to create this group, you would have to assign the individual cusotmer to that group, which you can do manually when doing customer creation.&amp;nbsp; You would then need to assign the customer to the transaction, and then the discount should automatically apply.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You might be able to take this a step further with Square Loyatly, by assigning the customer phone number to their account, which would then eliminate the need for a "customer card".&amp;nbsp; That's my thought at least.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&amp;nbsp; If this works for you, please mark this as the solution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if questions and I'll try to help and good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
