Beta Categories - Square Online - HELP - Can I take Beta Categories off my account?

I've been working with Square support all week and they have come to the conclusion that they can't help me and I need to reach out to Beta who has no call support. When I try to go to chat support, it takes me to square support not Beta. I'm really not sure how to get help. How do I get Beta Categories turned off my account so I can just have a normal website that actually works?

You would probably need to start with an admin in the Categories Beta group. The admins are listed on the right side if the test group near the top of the web page. The category beta group is here :https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/New-Categories-Experience/gh-p/AdvCategories

My suggestion would be to tell the admins what the problem is before just turning off the Category Beta test so your issue could be fixed if it is a bug in the Beta before it is released and you have the same issue again.
