      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/368983"&gt;@Wrpartytreats&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;There are various accounting apps that are in &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/us/en/app-marketplace" target="_self"&gt;Square’s App Marketplace&lt;/A&gt;. &amp;nbsp;Go there and search for “bookkeeping.” &amp;nbsp;You’ll find apps list Xero, Zoho and Quickbooks Online. &amp;nbsp;You’ll want to do some research. &amp;nbsp;Some — like Xero and Quickbooks — automatically import your Square transactions and Square sales and create sales entries. &amp;nbsp;Others — like Zoho and Fresh Books — do not, so you’d have to manually enter your sales numbers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I am a person who does not like anything automatically putting entries into my accounting software, I use Zoho because I love it. &amp;nbsp;Anyway, all of these a full-featured accounting systems that also have reports like the P&amp;amp;L, Balance Sheet, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Square does not have all the information necessary for a complete and proper P&amp;amp;L or other accounting reports.. &amp;nbsp;It doesn’t have access to your complete expense history (utilities, supply purchases, etc), so there is no way that Square (or any app) could produce these.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if you have any other questions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
