&lt;P&gt;I have a few questions to start the troubleshooting process on this:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;How soon before the appointment start date are you cancelling the appointment?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you experiencing this with just appointments you have cancelled, or from the client's side as well?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;How long has this issue been occurring?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We cancel standing appointments and clients still get reminders. Nothing shows up in the calendar but clients still receive emails that their appointment is happening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
