Merchant Transaction Fees

Now that different merchants will be charged different transaction fees, will updates be made to the merchant API so that we can retrieve the correct transaction fee for each merchant?

This will be necessary so that if onboarded customers are charging the transaction fee to THEIR customers, we can set up the payment properly.
