    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, On the 19 December 2025, a client quickly paid $250 for a service after receiving an invoice,&amp;nbsp; even before I could tell her that my square app is not yet configured to accept credit card payments.&amp;nbsp; So immediately I did the refund and it was displaying pending.&amp;nbsp; Today she checked her credit card statement and noticed it was debited and has never been credited.&amp;nbsp; When I checked my transactions list in the app, I see that the refund is still pending.&amp;nbsp; What can I do now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
