&lt;P&gt;You are correct, it does look like this feature has been removed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I checked in with our Account Services team on this though, and they did offer a workaround or two:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You are welcome to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;draft invoices instead of using open tickets.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Another option is sending a Payment Link instead of an Invoice, if it's an already open ticket.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unfortunately, we not have a timeline if this feature will be brought back at this time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
