Apple Pay invalid address error

Hello,

When sending payment links to customers, they’re attempting to pay via express checkout (Apple Pay). However, an error appears at checkout saying “invalid address” or “doesn’t ship to this address.”

All of our shipping settings are correct, and this issue has never occurred before — everything has been working smoothly for the last six months until today.

I’ve also tested the same payment links (and other links) myself by checking out as a customer, and I receive the same error even though all the details are entered correctly.

any idea what might be going on?

Hi, @Sproutandswap !

I am going to take a deeper look into why this is happening with Apple Pay. Is it strictly apple pay that is giving this error?

Strictly Apple Pay as far as I know

a customer tried to check out with Apple Pay last night with no success but her husband could with Google pay
