I do not have my id on me at the moment but i have a pic of it in my photo gallery can i use that somehow

@Fannie74 Well, part of the problem is that a photo of an ID doesn’t actually prove anything, and that’s really to protect you.

A picture on a phone can be borrowed, stolen, edited, or even AI-tweaked, and it doesn’t show any of the real security features like holograms or raised text.

That’s why most places like Square won’t accept an ID from the photo gallery. It keeps someone else from using a fake or stolen ID in your name. You might be perfectly honest...or you could be a nefarious actor trying to find a way into our precious ecosystem for havoc...either way, if you don't have it, I would get it ASAP, you don't want to do that for too long. Once you’ve got the physical card, the verification will go through the way it’s supposed to.
