    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/752357"&gt;@MARIOCHAVEZ&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Is the charge still pending? or has it actually posted?&amp;nbsp; When it is pending, no one can do anything till the hold falls off, and that is more up to your financial institution.&amp;nbsp; As far as an individual business?&amp;nbsp; I would just dispute the duplicate charges with your financial institution.&amp;nbsp; Square doesn't intervene in individual square accounts on these forums unless you are the business itself from my experience.&amp;nbsp; This at least applies to US institutions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Declined transaction but card was debited 2x</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need help in getting my refund.. I used my visa debit card in osaka but was declined 2 times .. unfortunately the amount was debited also 2x.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Mu bank is asking for a refund letter but the merchant isn't responding&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Restaurant is SQ godaime wagyu tokyo&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hope someone can help..pls&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
