      <title>Franchise Suite Account Customer Support</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to resolve an SSL certificate issue with Square for Franchises or GoParrot for several days, and I’ve spent many hours with Square Customer Support without any resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I continue to be transferred between teams who are unfamiliar with Square for Franchises or GoParrot, and the issue remains unresolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This issue is preventing our customers from placing online orders and is directly impacting our revenue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also tried to request account closure, but I am again being routed to teams that cannot assist because they cannot locate or support Square for Franchises accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone can provide accurate direction or escalate this to the appropriate Square for Franchises or GoParrot engineering team, please advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been a loyal Square customer for almost a decade, and this has been the most frustrating customer service experience I’ve encountered&lt;/P&gt;</description>
