I would like to offer an e gift card, but just want 1 value of $150.00. (Which is my rate for 1 service.) I can't figure out how to do that! Help!

I tried that (entering $150. on the first box and then zeros on the others, but it alerted me that I had to enter unique amounts in the other boxes. I had to enter different amounts for the other options or it would not let me save. So now if a person clicks through, they see $1.00 $1.01 $1.02 and $1.03 and then my $150. It looks unprofessional.

Not my question. I offer 1 type of thing and it costs $150.00 and I cannot delete the other boxes for gift card choices. It matches my 1 service price.
