      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sent client invoice, client paid. Invoice not showing up in my app, and money has not been deposited anywhere. Suggestions? Had account for 5 years but only use this feature periodically. Most pay by etransfer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/749242"&gt;@csteel02&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I would check under transactions, and it should have a receipt linked on the invoice itself.&amp;nbsp; Otherwise, I would search for risk manager and look to see if the customer may have done a chargeback or something.&amp;nbsp; But usually you would see that as a notification etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Let’s walk through a couple of quick things to help track down what's going on:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":magnifying_glass_tilted_right:"&gt;🔎&lt;/span&gt; First, check your &lt;STRONG&gt;Transaction History&lt;/STRONG&gt;:&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to your &lt;STRONG&gt;Square Dashboard&lt;/STRONG&gt; (not just the app) and head to &lt;STRONG&gt;Transactions&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Search by &lt;STRONG&gt;date&lt;/STRONG&gt;, &lt;STRONG&gt;amount&lt;/STRONG&gt;, or &lt;STRONG&gt;customer name&lt;/STRONG&gt; to see if the payment is in there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;H3&gt;🧾 Verify the Invoice Status:&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;In &lt;STRONG&gt;Invoices&lt;/STRONG&gt; (Dashboard or app), check under the &lt;STRONG&gt;Paid&lt;/STRONG&gt; or &lt;STRONG&gt;All Invoices&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes invoices don’t show in the “Active” tab once paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":money_with_wings:"&gt;💸&lt;/span&gt; Check Your Transfer Settings:&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the payment went through but wasn’t deposited yet, it might be pending in &lt;STRONG&gt;Balance&lt;/STRONG&gt; or sent to a different bank account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Account &amp;amp; Settings &amp;gt; Bank Account&lt;/STRONG&gt; to confirm where funds are being sent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure no payouts are &lt;STRONG&gt;on hold&lt;/STRONG&gt; — rare, but can happen if Square needs more info from you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":mobile_phone_with_arrow:"&gt;📲&lt;/span&gt; App vs. Dashboard:&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you're using the app — but check from a desktop browser at &lt;STRONG&gt;squareup.com/dashboard&lt;/STRONG&gt; too.
