Hello everyone~ im writing this because i started my online orders and i bought one thing myself to test it out. the problem is that idk how to transfer the funds from my online order to my square balance. can i do that or are they two completely different balances? thank you~

I’m not sure that I fully understand the problem but let’s try. I think we need to know which payment method you set up and used. Square has its own payment method but you could also use PayPal for example.

So if you used Square then the money will sit there until it transfers to your bank account. If you used PayPal the money will sit on your Paypal account until you transfer it out.

So yes, each payment method is a different balance. Does that help?
