Items in Zoho

Hi. I can’t seem to find an answer yet for this.I currently use Zoho invoicing for quite some times & happy with it. I am moving in a physical setting & have been checking out square for taking payments in the shop. I have trouble importing the items from zoho to square & so I just gave up as it would give me errors. My question is : Can I sell/take payments with the Square terminal in the shop but using the Zoho invoicing? I really don’t have the time to bring in all my items manually 🤦‍♀️

Thanks so much for reaching out, and congrats on moving into a physical space! That’s an exciting step.We totally understand how time-consuming it can be to migrate your item library, especially if you're running into import errors.

To answer your main question:
While you can use the Square Terminal to take in-person payments, it won’t integrate directly with Zoho Invoicing in a way that syncs your items or invoices automatically. The Terminal is designed to work with your Square item library, so for a smooth checkout and inventory experience, items do need to be added into Square.
