Square adding service charge to online payment links

I create online payment links for people to pay for services, which I have coded as Digital. Recently, Square has added a Service Charge of $5.95 when the person goes to pay it. I cannot see that I have turned on Service Charge for these payment links. The charge happens to be the same as my shipping fee, but maybe this is coincidence, and why would Square apply a shipping charge to a digital item. I go to my dashboard to look up Service Charges and it says I don't have any. What more can I do?
