I have a new account and dont seem to have the option of a vertual terminal which was one of the main reasons i chose Square. Is it because my acount is not fully verified (i have not uploaded my personal documents yet) or is the function not available ? welcome your help.

Hi @lkautofactors

Where region were you located? It's important to remember that we only support payments in Northern Ireland, so Virtual Terminal won't work in all regions of Ireland.

Hey @lkautofactors, I just want to follow up and let you know card processing with Square is now available in Ireland 🎉! You can now use Virtual Terminal in the Republic of Ireland.
