Hi, i am looking to get some guidance. I want to create a simple online booking platform for a pitch. This pitch can be split in two, so two separate customers will have the option to either buy a half pitch or one customer can book the pitch in full. Is it possible to create a criteria, for example if a half pitch is booked for that hour then nobody can book a full pitch for that hour? Likewise is someone books a full pitch then the option of booking a half pitch for that hour should be disabled or removed?

Hi @Shanechc, thanks for your post and welcome to the Seller Community.

Square Appointments generally has been designed for businesses like Barbers, Beauty salons, Personal trainers, etc.

A pitch may be something that we could set up within it, however, it sounds like you need something like a conditional booking, whereby if someone books the full pitch the other half becomes unavailable.

We would only be able to facilitate having the two halves available at the same time, unfortunately.

I'll leave what we have available for you to read here but I'd also suggest checking out some of our booking partners here, who may have something more akin to what you need.
