Don't get paid for eCard untill it's redeemed

Hello

Is there an option to not get paid for eCard untill it's redeemed?

We're selling a lot of eCards and getting paid straight away. It's scary because there is no expiry date for them and we may forget to redeem after providing the service.

As of now, Square processes payments for eCards at the time of purchase, not upon redemption.

However, I understand the concern here and I'll pass this feedback on internally.

This practice is super risky for Square because a lot of companies go in to bankruptcy in this difficult time and self employed therapists go back to their country. It's a huge gap for fraudsters as well. I'm sure Square is going to lose millions due to chargebacks.
