    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Vona,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, you're out of luck.&amp;nbsp; Sorry this transaction looks like a write off.&amp;nbsp; Even if you setup your hardware for Offline transactions, the are only for card-present transactions made with magnetic-stripe cards.&amp;nbsp; Manually entered payments as well as chip card and payments aren’t currently supported.&amp;nbsp; Last, it’s important to note that transactions expire if they’re not processed within 24 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;jk&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is there a way to process a payment after the card was scanned, and I couldn't remember my passcode to complete it. ?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;This happened Sat. And when I couldn't remember the passcode the lady just took her purchase and walked off!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But I understand.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
