How do you remove predictive text when adding notes to orders, specifically on handheld units.

I'm sorry to hear that ! I'm checking with the Product team to see whether it's possible to disable this feature or if it would be a feature request. I'll get back to you as soon as I have an update.

Thanks for your patience @Noshington. Unfortunately, disabling the predictive text on the Terminal would be a feature request for now. I've passed your feedback to our Product team, and I'd also suggest filing a request on our Ideate page.
