Exempt item from discount

Please add a way to exempt a single item from recivieing discount. i.e. we have a 3 for 10 special that we do not wish to discount further, but all other items recieve a %10 membership discount. Selecting and manipulating the level of discount for each individual item is time consuming and promotes misclicks/mistakes.

BUMP! I have this feature request too! I want to put items on clearance sale - but they are exempt from further discount. I have discount coupons available for use. Typically they are a spend $xx and get % off. It will discount off the WHOLE order. This excludes me from being able to make those coupons only applicable to certain items, or categories. (let's be honest, in a shop with 1000's of items, who has time to go through and add them one item at a time!!).

I would like a toggle switch in the item itself, to be able to exclude specific items from discount.

Or an extra set of conditions added to the coupon set up where I can ALSO exclude specific items, or categories, or items that have a sale price.

This is pretty standard in retail not to discount on top of sale prices. Your coupons are quite limited on that front.
