I've followed all the information available on how to set up an email collection screen, but it seems like the page or option just does not exist for me. Is there an issue with the account? Has anybody seen this issue before?

I'm having the same issue. I'm wondering if we have to upgrade to get the feature. No luck yet!

In order to set up an email collection on Square Online, you would need to visit the Marketing section of Square Online and select the Setup option.

Once there you will select the Subscribe and Share Bar. Lastly, just follow the simple instructions to get it up and running.
