&lt;P&gt;We have a client who has somehow ended up using my co workers email address for her square purchases we have an idea of how this may have happened but aren't positive.&amp;nbsp; Anytime she purchases something with square my co worker gets the email. How do we go about changing her email address? Does she have to do it herself?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I think I know what may have happened. It sounds like your coworker's email address got entered as the receipt destination after completing a sale with the client's card. Since then, your coworker may have started receiving automatic receipts as that payment card was used to make purchases with other Square sellers.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In order to clear this up, they can follow these steps: &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5213" target="_blank"&gt;Shared Cards with Automatic Receipts&lt;/A&gt;. Or they can &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact" target="_blank"&gt;get in touch with our Customer Success team&lt;/A&gt;—they'll be able to take a closer look into the receipt settings and make sure this gets sorted out.&lt;/P&gt;
