How do I record redeemed services prizes?

I regularily give prizes at golf tournaments for 1 hour golf simulator rental time. When these winners bring in the coupon how do I record it in Square?

Hello @IcePalaceMarie! Hmm, how are you issuing these coupons?

If you'd like to record the actual coupon code during a sale you could add a note to the sale at checkout.

You could also create a 100% discount and include 'Prize' or 'Coupon' in the discount name. That way you can add the rental item to the cart, apply the discount at checkout and you'll have a record of the transaction as well as the discount in your reporting.
