&lt;P&gt;Thanks for bringing this up and sorry for the confusion. To start the process, you'll need to head over to the &lt;STRONG&gt;Transactions&lt;/STRONG&gt; section in the app. You should be able to tap on &lt;STRONG&gt;Add Gift Card or Swipe&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;after selecting the items that need to be refunded. Does that help get you to the right place?&lt;/P&gt;
