Why can I accept most debit cards but not RBC?

I am able to do debit transaction with most cards but not RBC. Is there a way to figure this out? Is there a number to call support?

It sounds like you are in Canada. In Canada, only transactions less than $100 and are interac Flash tap enabled can be accepted via TAP. You can't accept debit cards via chip reader only tap.

I have this same issue TAP on RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) Debit cards.

Order was below $100

Other debit cards work

Reading on the RBC website it says that Interac Flash is available at select merchants, so I don't know if that means their card only works at select merchants or that only select merchants are able to accept payment via Interac flash debit.
