How to test or proof Square Receipts?

I am trying to fine-tune my client receipts so they can use them to claim on their extended health insurance. The only way I can see to actually test the output of a receipt is to may a payment myself.

Is there another way? I want to see the output before I start using this feature.

Hi @mwatvic!

You can always look at the Receipts page from your Online Dashboard to see how the receipt will appear for your customers. But the only way to see a real time example of what the receipt will look like is to do a practice transaction and have one sent to yourself.

If you do a test transaction with your information, don't forget you can always refund yourself afterwards!
