If you haven't arleady, can you check that you're running the latest version of the Square app?&amp;nbsp;(Go to the App Store or Google Play &amp;gt; search for Square Point of Sale &amp;gt; then&amp;nbsp;tap &lt;STRONG&gt;Update&lt;/STRONG&gt; if you see the option.)&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you've already updated the app can you reply to this post and add a screenshot of the error? With a screenshot I can create a case for you with our &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/ca/en/article/4993-contact-square-support" target="_blank"&gt;CS team&lt;/A&gt; and have our engineers investigate.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It would also be great if you can share the name of the browser you're using. (To find your browser details go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://whatwebbrowser.com/" target="_blank"&gt;whatwebbrowser.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and you'll see the name and version on the screen.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you haven't already you should be able to add a European/internationl number to a customer profile from your Dashboard or from the Point of Sale app&amp;nbsp; - but pease let me know if you continue to experience this issue.
