Online Store: Shop update live at a specific time

I am doing a shop update tonight at 7pm. I'd like all items to come available at this time and not before. I can't seem to find how to make an individual item 'hidden' until 7pm. Hiding the whole shop page would also work, but doesn't seem to be an option. Am i missing something?

@pulpandpaper I'm sorry for the late reply here. There isn't a way to make all of your products available at a certain time. However, you can hide a product - click Manage Store > Products > click on a product and select Hidden or Unavailable. This is a feature the Online Store team is working on and we'll definitely announce any updates!
