How come we have trouble accepting some cards?

We find that the square does not accept Desjardins, Royal Bank and Scotia Bank credit cards.

We also have trouble with Royal Bank debit cards.

Any Ideas Please......

It'd probably be easier if you reached out to our direct CS team so we can look at these declines with you but declines typically come from the customer's bank/card issuer.

I also wonder if maybe you're trying to swipe these debit cards as well. Debit/chipped cards in Canada have to be inserted or tapped with a chip reader due to chip regulations there.
