I have the same question. I would like to be able to allow my clients to pay by e-transfer, or even Google Pay using a debit card or PayPal account and have it recorded on the invoice as paid. As it is currently set up, I need to go into my account and manually "add payment." If I don't remember to go back and do that, they receive a reminder of an overdue payment.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I don't think there is a way to do what you are requesting. While you can link online store and API payments, you would not be able to link any other form of payment.

If I can get a more detailed description of what you are looking for I may be able to better advise you.
