Hi I am new to Square and hoping there is someone that can assist. I have set up check out links with the category being "Collect payments" and the customer can enter a customer amount. I want tax to be added to the amount they enter. I have set up taxes.

I don't want to set up Items as I don't want the customer to have to enter all of the additional information - addresss etc. I just need their email and the check out link works well for that.

I'd be happy to look into this. Do you mind providing a checkout link that you are using? Also can you provide an example of a transaction that is deemed successful?

I think it will be successful if I use sell an item rather than collect payment. The issue with that is my customers have to then enter all of their address information. I email my products so I don't want customers to have to waste their time with this. TIA
