Shopping Event - Market

I am looking for a way to hold an event that would be appointment based with a maximum number of shoppers in attendance at one time. For example, I'd like to allow 15 shoppers in to the event in 1/2 hour time slots. I'd want them to be able to go online, book there time slot and pay an entry fee. Is there a way I would be able to do this without overbooking?

Hi @TinaMarie,

To make sure I'm understanding, the event is set to purchase items in person after booking the limited slot and paying the entry fee, or would you like this appointment slot to allow your customers to buy your products online through a timed window?

Yes that is correct. It is a handmade market that I host and due to covid restrictions I’m wanting to book a limited amount of people (15-18 customers at one time) into 1/2 hour time slots to shop and purchase from independent vendors. There is an entry fee of $3.00 and I would like this paid upon booking their time. I hope this makes sense 😊

Following up here-

I reached out to one of our Appointments specialists here at Square, and they advised that because we do not have a group appointment booking feature, this may not be the best fit. You can learn a bit more about the grouping feature request, and what other sellers have done as a workaround here. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
