    <description>&lt;P&gt;Now that we are using Square Teams and Square Appointments, we have been finding that Square Appointments requires service providers to have the same schedule every week - which is not the case. Our schedules change every week and what we are finding is that people booking online are booking for times that a barber is not even working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We would prefer that Square Appointments took a staff members' availability, based on their schedule that is showing in the POS. In the POS we have set a month out so that barbers can plan around those times to do other things.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Right now, the appointments app is confusing to everyone. Its rigidity in how you set availability is giving us such extra work - that we are considering scrapping it all together!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There has to be a better way!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
