There is not&amp;nbsp;currently&amp;nbsp;a built-in &lt;EM&gt;"new customer"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;group, but you can filter your Customer &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/customers/directory" target="_blank"&gt;Directory&lt;/A&gt; to find out who has&amp;nbsp;only had one visit. It is also not possible to&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;exclude&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;customers from an email marketing campaign. If you would&amp;nbsp;like to exclude certain customers from being included in an email marketing campaign, you will instead need to create a group of customers who you&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;want to be included in the email marketing campaign.&lt;BR /&gt;

We recommend creating&amp;nbsp;a group of the people you would like to reach on your Customer&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/customers/directory" target="_blank"&gt;Directory page&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been using square marketing for about a month now. I have a welcome automation set up and I want to exclude new customers from any general email campaigns I create, as I don't want to interfere with the welcome sequence.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can anyone tell me if this is possible? It seems like such a core feature but I can't seem to figure it out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
