Digital Receipt - logo not sharp

Hello,

i have been trying to include our logo to our digital receipt, but the quality is not good (still very pixelated) even when following the guidelines of 1280x648pixel. Our digital logo is of good quality but when included it is not as sharp as the text from Square Up. If anyone has an insight, please let me know.
we have put the recommended size 1280x648 pixel and a quality of 300ppi. Stil comes out pixelated ok our receipt.

Thanks for surfacing this.

I suggest saving the image for your printed receipt logo as strictly black and white, without any color or shades of grey. Then, ensure that it's uploaded to the Printed logo field under Logotype on the Receipt tab.
