&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The only way you can send an order back to the kitchen without charging your customer is if you use&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5337-use-open-tickets-with-square" target="_blank"&gt;Open Tickets&lt;/A&gt;. Once you save an open ticket, you can choose to solely print it without charging.&lt;/P&gt;
