Square terminal overheating

About a week ago, bottom part of our square terminal has become really hot. The temperature remains high even we don't plug it to the charger. Couple days ago, the square terminal just shut down by itself. Later on, the terminal rebooted itself but now we consider our square terminal unstable and reliable for our business.

I couldn't find any answer in the troubleshooting or on the community forum . I am also unable to find a way to contact Square. So could anyone here kindly help me to solve this overheating problem on our square terminal?

Thanks
